Biography
Born on October 8, 1971 in the East Kazakhstan region; Zharminsky district; Boko mine.
Education
Military training at the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute (1992);
Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after. IN AND. Lenin (1993);
Student at the Mikhailovsky Military Artillery Academy (08.2005-06.2007);
Student at the Faculty of Voronezh State University of the National Defense University (08.2013-06.2015) Military rank: Major General (2020).
He went through all levels of military service from lieutenant to major general. From 1995 to 2022, he served in various positions from platoon commander to Commander of the Missile Forces and Artillery of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2022 to 2024, he held the position of deputy head of the university - head of the faculty of the Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the National Defense University of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In July 2024, he was appointed head of the Department of Territorial Defense - Deputy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
