He graduated from the Aktobe higher military aviation school in 2002.
Olzhas Sagyndykovich Khusainov was born on may 31, 1981 in Kokshetau, Kazakh SSR. Speaks Kazakh, Russian, English and Turkish. Married. He has three children.
Passing the service:
1998-2002-Cadet of the Aktobe higher military aviation school;
2002-2005-served in the air defense Forces of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2017-2019 Deputy head of international cooperation Department of defense Ministry of Kazakhstan – head of Department;
From February 2019 - head of the Department of international cooperation of the Ministry of defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Awards:
The order of "aybin" of the II degree, the medal "for contribution to the development of international military cooperation", as well as the medals for impeccable service of the III, II and I degrees.
