Nurbaev Meirbek Mukhametalievich

Born on April 24, 1975 in Osh, Kirghiz SSR.
In 1997, he graduated from the Almaty Higher Military School with a degree in “Command Tactical Motorized Rifle Troops,” and in 2017, advanced training courses at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan “New Personnel Philosophy of Public Service.”
In 2019 he graduated from the Master's program at Omsk State Pedagogical University.

He served in various positions from platoon commander to deputy head of the Department - head of the department for work with officers of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since July 2024, Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
