Toibaev Nurdos Tursynbekovich

In 1999 Graduated from Taraz State University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing, qualification "economist", in 2003 graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations with a degree in jurisprudence, qualification "lawyer".

From January 2001 to June 2003, he was a specialist of the Tax Committee of the Bayzak district of the Zhambyl region.;

From June 2003 to June 2005, he was the head of the Department of the Tax Committee of the Bayzak district of the Zhambyl region.;

From June 2005 to December 2006 - Deputy Chairman of the Tax Committee of the Bayzak district of Zhambyl region;

Since December 2006. Until September 2013 – Chairman of the Tax Committee, Head of the Tax Administration of T.Ryskulov district of Zhambyl region;

From September 2013 to November 2014, he was the head of the Tax Administration for the Zhambyl district of the Zhambyl region.;

From November 2014 to June 2015, he was the Head of the State Revenue Department for the Zhambyl district of the Zhambyl region.;

From June 2015 to July 2017, he was the Head of the Audit Department of the State Revenue Department in Zhambyl region.;

From July 2017 to October 2019, he was Deputy Akim of the Bayzak district of the Zhambyl region.;

In 2019-2025, he worked as the head of the Treasury Department for the Zhambyl region.

Since November 2025, he has been appointed head of the Department of the State Treasury for the Mangystau region.
