Biography
He is a graduate of the West Kazakhstan Agricultural Institute with a degree in Accounting and AHD in Agriculture and the West Kazakhstan State University named after M. Utemisov with the award of a Bachelor of Law degree and an academic degree.
He started his career as a deputy chief accountant of the Joint-Stock Company "Uralsk-Selina". Subsequently, he worked as an economist of the planning and economic department at Uralskoblgaz. Since 1997, he has worked as a tax inspector, senior tax inspector of the Tax Committee of Uralsk. since 2002, the chief specialist-auditor, head of the Department of Finance of the West Kazakhstan region. Since 2007, Deputy Head of the Finance Department of the West Kazakhstan region. Since 2010, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Regional Investment Fund "Gradient". Since 2014, he worked as the head of the Department of Legal support, personnel Management of the Audit Commission for the West Kazakhstan region. Since 2015, he has worked as the head of the West Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization.
Since August 19, 2021, he has been working as the head of the Treasury Department for the West Kazakhstan region of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
