Orazbekov Nurzhan Serikakanovich

Orazbekov Nurzhan Serikkanovich was born on August 30, 1984, in the village of 1 May, Urjar District, East Kazakhstan Region. He is of Kazakh ethnicity.

In 2005, he graduated from Shakhim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree in Finance and Credit and was awarded the qualification of economist.

He began his career in 2007 at the Semipalatinsk Treasury Department. From December 2008 to September 2012, he worked as chief specialist - chief treasurer of the accounts payable department, chief specialist - chief treasurer of the department of departmental control, head of the department for payments of state institutions of the republican budget of the payment management department of the Treasury Department for East Kazakhstan Region. In September 2012, he was appointed head of the Ulan District Treasury Administration. In November 2013, he was appointed deputy head of the Treasury Department for East Kazakhstan Region. From August 2021 to the present, he has been head of the Treasury Department for East Kazakhstan Region.

For his conscientious work and impeccable public service, as well as his contribution to the development of the financial system of the East Kazakhstan Region, he was awarded Certificates of Honor from the Minister of Finance and the Chairman of the Treasury Committee, as well as a Letter of Appreciation from the Akim of the region.
