Born on December 24, 1982 in the village of Kogaly, Kerbulak district, Almaty region, Kazakh nationality.
In 2004, he graduated from the Zhetisu Institute with a degree in Finance and Credit.
He started his career in 2001 as an economist at Khilnichenko & K Agricultural Company in the village of Karabulak in the Eskeldinsky district of the Almaty region.
