Graduate of the Kazakh Institute of Consumer Cooperation with a degree in «Finance and Credit».

She started her career in 1996 as a leading specialist of the Torgai Regional Department of the Treasury. In 1997, she was appointed the leading treasurer of the Kostanay regional directorate of the treasury, leading treasurer of the cash management division, the chief specialist of the devision of execution of the republican budget.

2004-2006 – the head of the division of execution of the republican budget, the head of the division for registration of obligations under the republican budget of the Office for registration of obligations, the head of the division for registration of contracts of state institutions of the republican budget of the Office for registration of contracts, the head of the division for registration of contracts of state institutions of local budgets of the Office for registration of contracts, the head of the registration of contracts of state institutions of the republican budget, the head of the registration of contracts of state institutions of local budgets of the Treasury Department in the Kostanay region.

Since 2016 as Deputy Head of the Treasury Department in the Kostanay region, from June 7 2021 she was appointed the head of the Treasury Department in the Kostanay region.
