Biography
Born on December 5, 1967, in the village of Akan, Zerendi District, Akmola Region. In 1989, graduated from the Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau Pedagogical Institute with a degree in “Kazakh Language and Literature, Russian Language and Literature.” In 2016, graduated from the Kokshe Academy with a degree in “Jurisprudence.”
