Rakymzhanov Bakytzhan Kadirovich

Bakytzhan Rakymzhanov was born in 1979. He graduated from the Karagandy State University named after E. A. Buketov and the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz. He specializes in philosophy and law, is a certified philosophy teacher. He holds a PhD in Philosophy as well as the academic title of Associate Professor.

He has over 12 years of experience in the civil service.

He began his professional career as a lecturer at Karaganda State University named after E. A. Buketov. He has held various positions in the committees on socio-cultural development and science, finance and budget, agrarian issues, environmental management, and rural development, as well as in the Information and Analytical Department of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He also served as an advisor to the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.

Prior to his current appointment, he was the Director of the Public Relations Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
