Biography
He was born on February 2, 1992 in the village of Prigorodnoye, Atbasar district, Akmola region. In 2014, he graduated from Kokshetau State University named after Sh.Ualikhanov has a degree in Law.

- Chief Specialist-Secretary of the court session of the Zhaksyn District Court of the Akmola region (2012-2015);
- Chief Specialist of the Sandyktau District Court of Akmola region (2015-2016);
- Chief Specialist of the State Legal Department of the Akim's Office of the Sandyktau district of the Akmola region (2016-2017);
- Chief Specialist of the Civil Service Control Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption in the Akmola region (2017-2019);
