Biography
Zhagiparov Baktiyar Bakytovich was born on November 11, 1973 in the village of Barshatas, Shubartau district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1980-1990 he graduated from the secondary school of the village of Zhorga, Shubartau district. In 1990-1995 he graduated from the Koksu Agricultural College in Taldykorgan, Almaty Region, majoring in agronomy. In 1999-2004 he graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University with a degree in Economics and Law.
He began his career in 1998 as a teacher of primary military training at the Gorny secondary school. From 2000 to 2006, a teacher of primary military training and physical education at the Gorny secondary school, from 2009 to 2019 the director of the Gorny secondary school, from July 18, 2022 Akim of the Baikoshkar rural district.
