Biography
Born on June 29, 1991 in the village of Borodulikha, Borodulikha District, East Kazakhstan region. He graduated from the Academy of Economics and law named after U. A. Zholdasbekov with a degree in finance.
He started his career in the civil service in the Department of Economics and budget planning of Taldykorgan.
In 2019-2022, he worked as a chief specialist in the Department of culture, archives and documentation of the Almaty region.
Since September 2022, he has held the position of Chief Specialist of the social sphere Planning Department of the Department of Economics and budget planning of the Zhetysu region.
Since October 10, 2024, he has been appointed head of the social sphere Planning Department of the Department of economy and budget planning of the Zhetysu region.
