Biography
Born in 1979 in Karkaraly, Karaganda region.
He graduated from Karaganda economic University with a degree in Accounting and audit.
In 2000-2002, he worked at the Karaganda economic University.
He started his civil service in August 2002 as a specialist in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since September 2003, he has been a specialist of the Ministry of energy and mineral resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since December 2003, he has been working in the Department of Economics and budget planning.
