Born in 1988 in the city of Usharal, Alakol district.
He graduated from Zhansugurov ZHSU with a degree in economics and management.
He served in military unit No. 18404 of the Republic of Kazakhstan.Taldykorgan
In 2012, he worked as a specialist at the Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport and Highways in Taldykorgan.
He began his civil service as the chief specialist of the Department of Housing and Communal Services of the Yerkinsky rural district.
Since February 2014, he has been the chief specialist of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Almaty region.
Since April 2024, he has been the head of the Department of Economic Expenditure Planning of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Zhetisu region.
