Berlibatyrova Zhanar Serikbolovna

Head of the Department of the State Apparatus, Law Enforcement Agencies and Defense of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Zhetisu region

She was born on December 02, 1970. She graduated from the Zhambyl Hydro-Reclamation and Construction Institute with a degree in economics and management in the agro–industrial complex.

She started her career in 1994 as a staff specialist in the Finance department of Taldykorgan district of Almaty region.

Over the years, she worked as the chief specialist of the Finance Department of the Eskeldinsky district, chief specialist of the Finance Department of the Almaty region, head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Almaty region.

Since July 2022, she has been appointed Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Zhetisu region.
