Darmagambet Gani Khairullauly was born on May 21, 1975 in the village of Arykbalyk, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region. Kazakh by nationality. In 2003, I received the qualification of a teacher of the basics of law and economics at Korkyt-Ata Kyzylorda State University, majoring in fundamentals of law and economics.
He started his career in August 1993 as an accountant in the sowing team No. 3 of the State Farm named after XXII partsiezd, Kazalinsky district.
