Biography
Ulan Talgatovich Sarsembayev was born on 23.02.1982 in the village of Naualy, Urdzhar district, Semipalatinsk region.
2003-graduated from Shakarim Semipalatinsk University with a bachelor's degree in computer science;
2014- graduated S. Toraigyrov Pavlodar University, majoring in state and local administration, bachelor of Economics and business.
His career began in 2003 as an archivist-programmer translator in the Urdzhar district state archive. Urdzhar:
2006-worked as inspector-controller of the Department of statistics for Semey;
2006-2008-archivist-programmer of the 1st category, Urdzhar district state archive. Urdzhar
2008-2013. - leading specialist of the organizational and personnel Department of the akims office of Urdzhar district of East Kazakhstan region;
2013- head specialist of the organizational and personnel Department of the akims office of Urdzhar district of East Kazakhstan region;
2013-2014.- assistant to the akim of Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region;
2014-2015-individual entrepreneur;
Since the 10th August , 2015, akim of Naualy rural district of Urdzhar district, East Kazakhstan region.
