Biography
Tleubergen Smakovich Usaev was born on 26.11.1958 in the village Urdzhar, Urdzhar district of Semipalatinsk region.
In 1981, he entered the veterinary Institute of Semey, graduated in 1986 as a veterinarian. Education-higher.
He started his career in 1986 as a head veterinarian in the Department of veterinary medicine of the Taskesken district.
1988-1996 worked as the head doctor in the collective farm named after “40 years” of Urdzhar district.
1996-1999 he was appointed Director in LLP "Calcinelli".
In 1999-2016, he worked as a head doctor in the Urdzhar -Vet Department of the Urdzhar district of East Kazakhstan region.
In 2016, on the 27th June , he was admitted to the civil service in the Office of the Akim of Akzhar rural district of Urdzhar district of East Kazakhstan region.
Since the 28th September , 2016, he has been the village akim of Akzhar rural district of Urdzhar district of East Kazakhstan region.
