Skakov Yerkin Saylaubekovich

Skakov Yerkin Sailaubekovich was born on the 10^th November, 1972 in the village of Akshatau in the Ayaguz district of Semipalatinsk region.

In 1997, He graduated from Semey State University with a degree in history.
