Biography
On December 2, 1964, he arrived in the city of Shar, Shar district, Semipalatinsk region.
Higher education. In 1987, he graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V. I. Lenin with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In 1987-1989, he was a design engineer of the III degree of the metiz-furnitur plant of Semipalatinsk;
August October 1989 teacher of the Shar District Department of Education;
1989-1991-design engineer of the II degree of the Taldykorgan plant of alkaline batteries "Kazakkumulator" ;
1991-1992-supplier of the Agrofirm" Olymp";
1992-1993 engineer of the first degree in the implementation of the "road fund" of the Shar city remote control;
