Biography
Kelenov Dulat Shidatovich was born on February 15, 1965 in Ilinka village of Zharma district in Semipalatinsk region.
In 2007 he graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim, with a grade in husbandry.
He started his career in 1983 as a worker of state farm named after Lenin. 1985-1995 – a driver, a zootechnician of state farm named after Lenin. 1996-2004 – a head of «Тoygul» farm, 2004-2005 – a monter of SI "Semey ormany" State forest nature reserve, 2005-2013 – a head of «Тoygul» farm, 2013-2015 – a worker of "Veterinary service of Zharma district» CSI, 2015-2019 – a head of an economic work of School named after Sh. Valikhanov.
Based on the Decision of Zharma district territorial election Commission, by order of the akim of Zharma district, on December 12, 2019, he was appointed to the position of acting akim of Birlikshi rural district.
