Biography
Asaubaeva Asem Sovetkhanovna, was born on October 16, 1984 in the city of Charsk, Zharma district, Semipalatinsk region. In 2003 she graduated from the Semipalatinsk Polytechnic College, in 2007 she graduated from Kaynar University with a degree in jurisprudence.
She began her career in 2008 as the chief specialist of the administration of the akim of the Birlik rural okug. In 2010-2013 - the chief specialist of the department of organizational and personnel work of the apparatus of the akim of the Zharma region, 2013-2020, the chief specialist of the personnel management department of the apparat of the akim of the Zharma region.
On February 24, 2020, she was appointed to the post of head of the state-legal department of the SI "Apparat of the akim of Zharma district."
