Biography
Born on June 10, 1983 in the village of Amangeldy, Zharminsky district, Semipalatinsk region.
In 2003-2005, he served in the 20/20 military unit.
Education: higher
In 2014, he graduated from the University "Kaisar" in Semey with a degree in law.
In 2006-2007, he was a special forces officer of the KTZ of the Air Force;
2007-2008 school of primary training of the Ministry of internal affairs of the Department of Transport Police;
In 2008-2022, he worked in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
