Biography
Born on August 30, 1984, in the city of Semey.
- Graduated from Semey State Pedagogical Institute (specialization in Physical Training and Sports)
- Kazakh Humanitarian Law Innovation University (State and Local Administration)
- Completed post-graduate studies (aspirantura) in General Pedagogy
- Master’s and doctorate studies (Physical Training and Sports) at the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism, Ph.D.
- 2005-2006: Lecturer in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Theory and Methodology at Semey State Pedagogical Institute
- 2006-2009: Post-graduate studies in General Pedagogy
- 2009-2013: Lecturer in the Department of Physical Education at Semey State Medical University
- 2013-2014: Head of the Department of Physical Education at Semey State Medical University
- 2014-2017: Doctoral studies at the Kazakh Academy of Sports and Tourism
- 2018-2020: Director of the sports club Kyzylzhar Arlandary, North Kazakhstan region, Petropavl
- 2020-2021: CEO of the Qazaq Kuresi Association
- 2021-2023: Rector of the Academy of Physical Education and Mass Sports of Astana
- 2023-2024: Chairman of the Committee of Sports and Physical Education at the Ministry of Tourism and Sports of Kazakhstan
- In September 2024, appointed Minister of Tourism and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan by presidential decree.
