Born in 1984 in the North Kazakhstan region.

Graduated from North Kazakhstan State University named after M. Kozybaev and the Russian International Olympic University.

• Worked as a boxing coach and instructor at the Children’s and Youth Sports School in Petropavlovsk
• Chief specialist and head of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports in the North Kazakhstan region
• 2011-2012: Expert and chief expert in the Department of Scientific and Methodological Support, Innovative Technology, and Education at the Sports Committee of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of Kazakhstan
• 2012-2014: Head and Director of the Department of High Performance Sports and Sports Reserve
• 2014-2018: Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports
• 2018-2019: Chairman of the Committee on Sports and Physical Culture of the Ministry of Culture and Sports
• 2019-2021: Vice-Chairman of the Committee on Sports and Physical Culture Affairs
• 2021: First Vice-President of the Kazakhstan Curling, Floor Curling, and Petanque Federation
