Biography
Tortaev Zhanibek Nurlybekovich was born on October 21, 1986 in the village of Taskesken, Urdzharsky district, Semipalatinsk region. In 2003-2008 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University named after S. Amanzholov majoring in History and Geography.
He began his career in 2004 as a surveyor technician at the Molodov railway station. From 2012 to 2013 he worked as a security guard at the Anubis limited liability partnership in the city of Karaganda, from 2013 to 2017 as a manager at the Kilemkovri limited liability partnership in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, from 2017 to 2022 the director of the limited liability partnership "Kilemkovri" in the city of Nur-Sultan. Since October 20, 2022, he was elected akim of the Akshaulinsky rural district.
