Biography
Born in 1979, in Zhambyl region.
Graduated from Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati with a degree in Economics, Astana-Turan University with a degree in Law, and the Financial Academy with a Master's degree in Accounting and Auditing.
2001 - 2002 - Worked as a specialist, controller-cashier at JSC "Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan."
2003 - 2006 - Senior Specialist - Chief Controller-Inspector for the city of Astana in the Finance Management Department of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the RK.
2006 - 2013 - Head of the Astana City Department of the Financial Control and Public Procurement Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the RK.
2013 - 2019 - Chief Consultant - Chief State Controller, Head, Department Head, and Auditor at the Republican Committee for Budget Execution Control.
2019 - 2022 - Head of the Financial Reporting Audit Department of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the RK.
2022 - 2024 - Head of the Department of Internal State Audit for the Mangystau Region of the Internal State Audit Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the RK.
Since December 2024 - Director of the Department of Appeals for Internal State Audit of the Ministry of Finance of the RK.
