Born in 1987, in the Akmola region.
Graduated from Kokshetau State University, University of Reading (UK), Master's degree in Economics, International Business and Finance
2009 - 2011 – worked in the Finance Department of Akmola region
2011 - 2015 – worked in the Budget Planning Division of the Budget Planning Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2015 - 2017 – Head of the State Bodie’s Budget Division of the State Bodie’s Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2017 - 2019 – Deputy Director of the Budget Planning Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
2019-2022 – Deputy Director of the Department of Budget Lending, the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Cooperation on Financial Sector Issues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
since September 2022 – Director of the Department of Budget Legislation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
