Biography
In 2007 he graduated from the Eurasian National University. Gumilyov L.N. with a degree in Finance (with honors). A graduate of the Bolashak program, in 2014 he received a master's degree from the University of Essex (UK) with a degree in Finance and Management.
He began his career in the system of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in November 2007 as an acting leading specialist in the organization of work of the Tax Committee of the Almaty district of Astana.
From January to November 2008, he worked as an expert in the Human Resources Department of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 2008 to the present, he has been working in the Department of International Financial Relations of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He currently holds the position of Deputy Director of the Department of International Financial Relations.
