Biography
Born in 1977 in the Mangistau region.
Graduated from Kazakh State Law University, University of Reading.
Master of International Law.
1999-2002 - Leading/Chief Specialist of the Legal Department of the Ministry of State Revenue of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2002-2003 - Head of the Department of Legal Analysis of Codification and Development of Draft Regulatory Legal Acts of the Legal Department of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2003-2008 - Deputy Head of the Legal Department of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2009 - 2018 - Head of the Legal Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2018 - 2019 - Director of the Legal Department of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2020 - 2024 - Director of the Department of Methodology of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2024 to the present, he holds the position of Director of the Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
