Biography
He was born in 1969 in the village of Mikhaylovka, Zharminsky district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1986 he graduated from Mikhailovskaya secondary school in Mikhailovka village.
From 1986 to 1987, he worked as an assistant shepherd on farm No. 1 of the Mikhailovka State Farm.
1987-1989 he served in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 1989-1990, he worked as a shepherd's assistant on farm No. 1 of the Mikhailovka State Farm.
1990-1996. student of the Zootechnical and Veterinary Department of Semipalatinsk State University
From 1996 to the present, he has been the head of the Aksunkar peasant farm in the village of Kyzyl-gash in the Zharma district.
By the decision of the territorial election commission of the Zharminsky district on December 10, 2023, he was elected to the post of akim of the Kyzylagash rural district of the Zharminsky district of the Abai region.
