Biography
Zhetilgenov Mukhtar Abdimaratovich was born in 1991 in Kyzylorda Region;
In 2012, he graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in "Public and Local Administration";
He began his professional career in 2013 as a 4th-grade technician of the Department of Thermal Energy Sales, GUP PEO "Baikonurenergo";
In 2017–2018 – acting leading specialist of the Registers Department of the Republican State Institution "Department of Statistics of Kyzylorda Region of the Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
In 2018–2019 – acting chief specialist of the Department of Entrepreneurship Support Program Implementation of the state institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of Kyzylorda Region";
In 2019–2022 – chief specialist of the Department of Entrepreneurship Support Program Implementation of the state institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Tourism of Kyzylorda Region";
In 2022–2023 – head of the Tourism Development Department of the state institution "Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of Kyzylorda Region";
From April 5, 2024, to July 18, 2024 – head of the Industry and Investment Sector of the City Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry.
On July 18, 2024, by order of the Akim of the city, he was appointed head of KSU "Kyzylorda City Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry" of the Akimat of Kyzylorda City.
