Biography
General Information and Education
Born on April 14, 1978, in the city of Kostanay, Kostanay Region, Kazakhstan.
In 2001, graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
In 2007, graduated from Central Asian University with a degree in Law.
From August 14, 1997, to December 3, 2007, worked as a Specialist and later Chief Specialist of the Taxpayer Services and Tax Reporting Processing Department at the Kamysty District Tax Committee, Kamysty District.
From December 3, 2007, to November 17, 2010, served in the Financial Police Authorities at the Department for Combating Economic and Corruption Crimes (Financial Police) of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From February 1, 2011, to February 24, 2012, worked as a Legal Counsel and Insurance Claims Commissioner at Astana-Finance Insurance Company JSC, Kostanay.
From April 13, 2012, to February 17, 2016, worked as a Legal Counsel and Insurance Claims Commissioner at Alliance Polis JSC, Kostanay.
From May 2, 2017, to June 29, 2023, served as Acting Chief Specialist and later Chief Specialist of the State Service Control Division at the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption for Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From July 1, 2023, to August 8, 2023, worked as Chief Specialist of the Human Resources Management and Development and Information and Legal Support Department at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From August 9, 2023, to July 7, 2025, served as Head of the Administrative and Legal Department at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
Since July 8, 2025, has been serving as Head of the Department of Administrative and Human Resources Affairs at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
