Biography
Born on March 28, 1984, in the city of Arkalyk, Kostanay Region, Kazakhstan.
In 2006, graduated from Central Asian University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
From August 8, 2006, to December 4, 2006, worked as an Accounts Clerk (Payroll Accountant) at the Kostanay Maternity Hospital, Kostanay.
From December 4, 2006, to May 31, 2007, worked as an Economist at the Kostanay Maternity Hospital, Kostanay.
From June 1, 2007, to April 29, 2011, worked as a Chief Specialist of the Department for Consolidated Reporting on Local Budget Execution at the Health Department of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From May 3, 2011, to July 27, 2015, worked as a Chief Specialist of the Internal Control Department at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From July 28, 2015, to May 1, 2017, worked as a Chief Specialist of the Department of Logistics and Rural Development at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From May 2, 2017, to May 24, 2020, served as Head of the Department of Logistics and Rural Development at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
