Biography
Born on February 4, 1979, in the village of Pokrovka, Denisovsky District, Kostanay Region, Kazakhstan.
In 2000, graduated from the Karaganda University of Economics of Kazpotrebsoyuz with a degree in Finance and Credit.
From August 8, 2000, to June 3, 2002, worked as a Leading Specialist–Economist of the Budget Department at the Denisov District Finance Administration, Denisovka, Kostanay Region.
From June 3, 2002, to January 14, 2004, served as a Chief Specialist of the Department for Legal Control of Public Procurement at the Finance Department of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From January 15, 2004, to December 31, 2004, worked as a Chief Specialist of the Public Procurement Control Department at the Department of Communal Property and Public Procurement of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
From January 6, 2005, to March 2, 2009, served as a Chief Specialist of the Reporting and Public Procurement Department at the Health Department of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
Since March 2, 2009, has been serving as Head of the Reporting and Public Procurement Department at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
