Biography
Born on February 28, 1994, in the city of Abay, Karaganda Region, Kazakhstan.
In 2016, graduated from Chelyabinsk State University with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Management.
From July 10, 2017, to December 29, 2017, worked as an Assistant to the Chief Specialist of the Documentation Support Department at the Office of the Akim of Kostanay, under the Youth Practice Program, Kostanay.
From January 5, 2018, to May 1, 2019, worked at the Kostanay Regional Youth Resource Center as a Youth Affairs Consultant and Specialist of the Youth Initiatives Sector, Kostanay.
From June 3, 2019, to February 3, 2020, worked at the Youth Research Center LLP as an Expert in the Coordination and Regional Development Department, Astana.
From July 23, 2020, to April 3, 2023, worked at the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, holding the positions of Methodologist of the Energy Department, Acting Chief Specialist of the Energy Department, Chief Specialist of the Energy and Energy Conservation Department, and Head of the Energy and Energy Conservation Department, Kostanay.
From May 16, 2023, to April 14, 2025, worked at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, holding the positions of Acting Chief Specialist of the Economics and Finance Department, Chief Specialist of the Economics and Finance Department, Chief Specialist of the Department of Logistics and Rural Development, and Head of the Information, Analytical and Human Resources Department, Kostanay.
Since March 17, 2026, has been serving as Head of the Department of Logistics and Rural Development at the Health Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region, Kostanay.
