Biography
Tuyakbaev Mirbulat Kapilovich was born on January 26, 1962,in Kentarlau village of Zharma district of Semipalatinsk region. He has a higher education. In 1981 he graduated from Semipalatinsk automobile and mechanical technical College, qualified as a mechanic. In 1990 he graduated from Ust-Kamenogorsk pedagogical University, with a degree in General technical disciplines and labor, and was awarded the qualification "teacher of General technical disciplines".
He started his career in 1980 as a locksmith of the 1st category in «DSU-24» LLP, from 1983 to 1990 – a teacher of technical disciplines and labor and physical culture at «Char» school in Nikolayevka village, from 1990 to 1995 – a deputy headmaster for educational work at the same school, from 1995 to 1997 – a director of «Aidyn» PIL in Nikolayevka village, from 1997 to 2017 – a head of «Erzhan» farm in Kentarlau village of Zharma district.
From May 2017, appointed to the position of acting as akim of Karatobe rural district. Since July 2017 he is the akim of Karatobi rural district.
He is married and has three children.
