Biography
Knybayev Askarbek Kumarbekovich was born on September 17, 1979, in Karasu village of Shar district in Semipalatinsk region.
In 2004 he graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim, with a teacher of physical culture specialty.
He started his career in 1996 as a worker of «Askarbek» farm.
1999-2014 – a teacher of physical culture at Karasu School. 2014-2019 – a headmaster of Karasu School. Based on the Decision of Zharma district territorial election Commission, by order of the akim of Zharma district, on September 4, 2019, he was appointed to the position of acting akim of Karasu rural district.
