Biography
He was born on December 29, 1983 in Shar city of Shar district of Semipalatinsk region. He has a higher education. In 2006 he graduated from the East Kazakhstan State technical University named after D. Serikbayev, with a mining engineer specialty.
He started his career in 2006 as a mining engineer of Bakyrchik mining company.
From 2007 to 2018 he was working as a manager of a constructing department, a leading specialist of a subsoil use department and legislative regulation. Additionally, in 2014-2018, he worked at «Inter Gold Capital» LLP as a specialist in licensing and permitting documentation, a head of the department of subsoil use and legislative regulation.
Since March 15, 2018 he is the akim of Auezov village of Zharma district of the East Kazakhstan region.
