He was born in 1989 in the village of Aksuat, Aksuat district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1996, he started a school in the village of Kyzylkain in the current Zharyk rural district,
In 2007, he graduated from the Georgievka secondary school of the village of Kalbatau.

He started his career in 2011 as a chief specialist in the Department of organizational and personnel work of the Akim's Office of Zharminsky district, in 2012-2013 he worked as a chief specialist in Delbegetey rural district of Zharminsky district, in 2013-2020-Chief Specialist of the Department of Housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways of Zharminsky district, in 2020-2023-Chief Specialist of the Department of pesonal management of the Akim's Office of Zharminsky district from March 2023 to the present day. By the decision of the territorial election commission of the zharminsky district for 2023, he was elected to the post of Akim of the akzhal rural district of the Zharminsky District of the Abay region.
