Beisenbekuly Abzal

Abzal Beisenbekuly graduated from Taraz State University named after M.Kh. Dulati, University of Nottingham, Taraz Innovation and Humanities University. He is the winner of the international scholarship “ Bolashak ” and a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve in 2019.

2007: Started his career in the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science.

2008 – 2010 : Expert in the Department of Education and Science Development of the Department of Social Development of the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning.

2010 – 2011 : Worked in the Department of Planning, Analysis of Execution , and Evaluation of the implementation of budget programs of the Social sphere of the Ministry of Finance.

2011 – 2019 : Worked as an expert, consultant, inspector, head of the sector , and deputy head of the Department of Socio-Economic Monitoring of the Presidential Administration.

2019 – 2021 : Held senior positions in the private and quasi-public sectors.

From March 2021 to March 2023, he held the position of Chief of Staff of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
