Biography
Asset Turysov was born in 1987. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Narkhoz University.
Started his career in 2009 at Kazakhtelecom JSC.
2010-2011 — Telecommunication Engineer of Kazakhtelecom JSC.
In 2011-2012 — Acting expert of the Department of Development and Protection of "electronic government" of the Ministry of Communications and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2012-2014, he was an expert, chief expert on the formation of a new model of informatization and analysis of project documentation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2014, he became the Managing Director of the RSE "Public Service Center".
In 2014-2017, he worked in the structure of Kazpost JSC.
2018-2021 — Chairman of the Management Board of JSC National Information Technologies.
From January 2021 to March 2024 - Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since March 2024, he has been appointed Vice Minister of Finance.
