Bapinova Mayra Mukhametzhanovna

She was born on the 28.02.1966 in the village Urdzhar, Urdzhar district, Semipalatinsk region. She graduated from the law faculty of Karaganda state University in 1990.

She worked as a legal adviser to the head of the HR Department 1990-1996. Semipalatinsk Institute of technology, 1996-2001. Semipalatinsk financial Institute, 2001-2002. Bailiff of the Kokpektinsky territorial district court Administrators of the East Kazakhstan region, 2002-2004 head of the registry office of the Kokpektinsky district, 2004-2007 Head of the Department of justice of the Kokpektinsky district of East Kazakhstan region, 2007-2008 Head of the personnel and public law Department of the Urdzhar district akim's office, 2008-2013 Head of organizational and personnel departments, since 2013 head of the personnel management service of the Urdzhar district akim's office, since 2016, the functions of the ethics Commissioner have been additionally assigned.
