
Biography
Abay Konyrbaevich was born in 1965 in Karakum village council, Aral district. Higher education, in 1989 he graduated from Almaty zootechnical Veterinary Institute with a degree in Veterinary Medicine, in 2005-from Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University with a degree in law.
He began his career in 1989 as a veterinarian at the Karakol state farm "Kazaly tribal". From 1990 to 1992 - Chief veterinarian of the Abai collective farm, from 1992 to 1993 - Chief veterinarian of the Kazalinsky tribal state farm Karakol,
from 1993 to 1996 - Chairman of the collective farm named after G.Muratbayev, from 1996 to 1997 - Chief inspector for organizational and personnel work.
From 1997 to 2000 - Chief specialist of the general sector of the district akim's office, chief specialist of the Department of organizational and personnel Work,
from 2000 to 2002 - Head of the Organizational and Personnel Department of the district akim's office,
from 2002 to 2005 - Head of the district akim's office.
From April to November 2008, he worked as deputy head of the financial and economic Department of the regional akim's office, chief inspector of the financial and economic department, from 2008 to 2010 - Deputy akim of the Kazalinsky district.
From July 2010 to May 2016, he held the position of head of the district veterinary department.
From May 2016 to July 2017, he worked as the head of the State Institution "District Department of Agriculture".
From August 2017 to July 2021, he worked as akim of Muratbaevsky rural district.
Re-elected in connection with the elections since July 2021, he has held the position of akim of Muratbaevsky rural district.
