Biography
Konysbek Kitabiyaevich was born in 1984 in the Kazaly district. Has a higher education, graduated from the Kyzylorda University "Bolashak" with a degree in State and Local Administration.
He started his career in 2011 as a specialist in the office of the akim of the Ainakol rural district. From 2012 to 2013 he worked as an accountant in the Kazalinsky district maslikhat, from 2013 to 2014 he worked as a leading specialist in the office of the akim of the village of Aiteke bi, from 2014 to 2018 he worked as a chief specialist of the district Department of Economics and Budget Planning. From December 2018 to August 2020, he worked as the head of the sector of the district Department of Economics and Budget Planning.
From August 2020 to the present, he has been acting as akim of the Ainakol rural district.
In August-December 2020, he served as the "akim of the Ainakol rural district".
Since December 2022, he has been working as akim of the Maydakovsky rural district.
