Biography
Umirzakov Serik Zhakenovich was born on May 31, 1968 in the rural district of Arykbalyk, Kazalinsky district, Kyzylorda region.
In 1975 he went to eight-year school No. 249 in the village of Zhanakazaly, in 1985 he graduated from secondary school No. 190.
In 2006 he entered the Kyzylorda Academic University of Economics, Ecology and Law, in 2009 he graduated from Bolashak University with a degree in law.
He began his career as a locksmith in the state farm "XXII-party", where he graduated from school No. 190 on the initiative of graduates of 1985 to work on the site for one year.
From 1986 to 1988, he served in the Soviet Socialist Republic of Ukraine in Lviv, in the military construction unit No. 55532 in the Prykarpathian military district, in the city of Lviv.
In 1989, I got a job as a machinist at the state farm named after the XXII party. Continuing production, in 1993 he entered the Taldykorgan Faculty of Law, from which he graduated in 1995.
In 1996, he got a job as a lawyer in the open joint-stock company "Talap" in Kazalinsk.
On May 12, 2004, he was accepted into the civil service as a specialist-legal adviser in the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Kalik Rural District". In 2008, she was appointed a leading specialist of this state institution.
On December 1, 2010, he got a job as a lawyer in the state institution "Office of the Akim of the Kularyk Rural District" on the basis of an employment contract.
Since October 1, 2013, he has been appointed a temporary specialist of the leading specialist of the state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Kularyk rural district".
