
Biography
Tomaev Abilgazy Aimaganbetovich was born on June 15, 1967 in the Maydakol state farm.
In 1974, she went to the Kazakh secondary school No. 98 in the Maydakol state farm, graduated in 1984.
In 1988-1994, he entered the Almaty Zootechnical Veterinary Institute.
From 1988 to 1994 he was a student of the Almaty Zootechnical Veterinary Institute, in 1993-1995 he was a zootechnician at the state farm named after U. Tuktybayev, in 1995-1997 he was the chief zootechnician of the Kozhabakhy collective farm.
From 1997 to 1999 he was chairman of the Aranda farm, in June-August 1999 he was director of the limited liability company "Aranda", in 1999-2000 director of the limited liability company "Akshoki".
From 2000 to 2001 - Head of the department of the Food Contract Corporation, 2003-2007 - leading specialist - inspector of breeding breeds of the Kazalinsky district department, 2007-2013 - leading specialist - inspector of breeds of the Kazalinsky Territorial Inspection of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2013 to 2018, he worked as the chief specialist-inspector of livestock breeding of the Kazalinsk territorial Inspection of the MIC of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From December 2018 to October 2022, he held the position of akim of the Arandinsky rural district.
Re-elected in connection with the elections, from October 2022 to the present he holds the position of akim of the Arandinsky rural district.
