Oshurbaev Mansur

Mansur Oshurbaev was born in 1988 in Semey city.

He graduated from Kazakh National Technical University named after K.I. Satpayev and Turan-Astana University

• 2010: Started his career as a leading specialist in the environmental regulation division of the Yesil Department of Ecology, under the Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control, Ministry of Environmental Protection
• 2012-2016: Specialist, Head of Division, and Deputy Head of Environmental Regulation at the Yesil Department of Ecology, Ministry of Environmental Protection
• 2016-2017: Deputy Head of the Department of Ecology for the Aktobe region, Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control, Ministry of Energy
• 2017-2019: Head of the Department of Ecology for Astana city, Committee for Environmental Regulation and Control, Ministry of Energy
• Since 2019: Director of the Department of State Policy in Waste Management, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources
• Currently serves as Vice-Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources
