Abatov Zhasulan Ualievich

Abatov Zhasulan Alievich was born in 1979 in the city of Kyzylorda.

In 1999, he graduated from the Aktobe Law College of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a degree in law enforcement.

In 2009, he graduated from Bolashak University with a degree in Law.

In 2020 - Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher education "Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation", specialty "Master of Business Administration".

He started his career in 1999 in the internal affairs bodies of the Kyzylorda region;

In 2002-2013 - Head of the customs authority and the private sector;

In 2013-2016 - Deputy Head of the Department of Affairs of the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region;

In 2016-2019 - Head of the Administration of Affairs of the Akimat of the Kyzylorda region;

In 2019-2022 - Head of the Department for ensuring the activities of the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the Baikonur complex;

In 2022-2023 - Inspector of party control of the Kyzylorda regional branch of the AMANAT party.

On April 20, 2023, by order of the mayor of the city, he was appointed head of the office of the akim of the city of Kyzylorda.
